general terms

2) I reserve my right to refuse a commission for any reason.

image rights & usage

I, Tempura Person, the artist, reserve the rights to:
- cancel and refund a commission for any reason.
- post a watermarked version of the commissioned artwork online.
- use the commissioned artwork as part of my personal portfolio.
I WILL NOT:
- claim the intellectual property (IP) depicted in the commissioned artwork (if the IP is not mine).
- resell the commissioned artwork for further profit (unless the customer breaches the terms).You, the customer, MAY:
- upload the commissioned artwork to online galleries and social media as long as proper, appropriate credit is given to me (the artist), @tempura_person.
- retain all rights to the IP depicted in the commissioned work, if the IP is under your ownership.
You MAY NOT:
- Claim the commissioned piece as your own work.
- Profit off the commissioned artwork (resale, redistribution, making prints, or any other method.)
- Alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
- Use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes (unless agreed upon beforehand).

payment

Full payment must be done upfront in USD (United States Dollars), with the method as specified in the agreement.
I will request payment from the customer after ALL details regarding the commission are finalized.
The customer has up to ONE WEEK to make the payment in full.I will NOT begin the commission until full payment has been received.

REFUND POLICY

If I am unable to complete the commission for whatever reason, I will refund the customer's payment, in FULL, through the method of payment previously used, and send the customer the commission at that existing stage of completion.I will send the aforementioned refund within ONE WEEK.I will NOT provide refunds for already finished or delivered commissions.

delivery

The time taken to complete a commission may vary depending on the existing number of commissions to be completed, the complexity of the commission, and personal issues.
You may expect the commission to take from about one week up to a month.The finished commission will be delivered as a PNG file, through email, or Discord.
